1. Introduction and Scope of Service

o79 is a platform providing online casino and football betting services to users in Myanmar. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply whenever you use the website at https://o79.pro and all related services.

By accessing this platform, opening an account or playing any game, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

The o79 platform is only available to users aged 21 and above. We strictly prohibit anyone under 21 from registering an account, playing games or placing bets. If an account is opened using false information, we will close it and determine what happens to any remaining balance after investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may hold only one account at o79 at any time. If additional accounts are found using the same IP address, personal details or bank account, bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts will be closed.

2.3 Restricted Regions

We may restrict access from certain regions in accordance with applicable laws. If you attempt to access the platform from a restricted region, access will be denied and any active bets at that time will be refunded without bonuses.

3. Account Registration and Verification

When registering an account, you must provide your correct name, date of birth and contact details. If false information is submitted, we reserve the right to restrict or close that account at any time and may place a hold on any pending withdrawal requests.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be carried out during a withdrawal or at any time we decide. At that point, we may request your National Registration Card (NRC). You must cooperate with any verification requested. If you refuse, your account will be closed.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

At o79, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. After depositing, we will review and credit your account before you can start playing.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. After submitting a withdrawal request, the transfer will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals will not be approved if KYC verification is incomplete or if the bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

4.3 Currency

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only. Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at o79, you can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus and can play with a total of 60,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks. If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a total of 1,020,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn. If you withdraw before meeting this requirement, the remaining bonus balance may be forfeited. Only once the requirement is met can you withdraw winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once, on your first deposit.
• If we find that a player is exploiting bonuses (bonus abuse), the bonus will be cancelled and only the original deposit amount will be returned.
• The bonus and principal funds must not be used together — no withdrawal is allowed until the wagering requirement for the bonus is fully met in-game.
• Check the expiry date on each promotion. If the period has ended, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

6. VIP Tiers and Cashback

The o79 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. VIP tier progression depends on your play history and our internal criteria, so we cannot commit to a specific timeframe for advancement.

Cashback amounts will be calculated after the relevant week's play is complete and credited to your account. Whether cashback can be withdrawn without a wagering requirement will be decided by us at the time and communicated through a separate announcement.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at o79:

• Providing false personal information or registering an account under another person's name.
• Using bots, auto-click software, or exploiting the server to gain an unfair advantage in play.
• Playing alone or in coordination with others to exploit bonuses for profit (Bonus Abuse).
• Exploiting bank transfer errors or issues to obtain extra funds.
• Using the platform as a tool for money laundering.
• Verbally abusing or mistreating support staff.

If any of these violations are detected, we may close the account without prior warning and withhold a refund of the principal funds.

8. Game Fairness and Technology

All games at o79 produce results using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so no game outcome can be predicted in advance. We believe the games we provide are secure and support fair play, but we cannot guarantee any specific RTP percentage.

If a game is interrupted, a connection drops, or a software error occurs due to a technical issue on the platform, we will review the relevant game round and resolve any affected bets in a fair manner.
